The challenge: unifying real estate management in one place

Reesman, an established real estate agency in Ibiza, managed their properties, clients, and leads in a fragmented way. Publishing on Idealista required duplicate manual work, contacts arrived through multiple channels without centralization, and commercial follow-up depended on spreadsheets. They needed a solution that would automate processes and allow them to dedicate their time to what really matters: closing deals.

Idealista Integration

Thanks to our partnership agreement with Idealista, we implemented bidirectional synchronization. Properties that Reesman publishes on their website are automatically synced with Spain's leading property portal. No duplicate work, no transcription errors, no wasted time.

Centralized lead management

All contacts arriving from Idealista are received directly in the CRM. The sales team manages calls, emails, and follow-ups from a single platform, with complete history of each interaction.

Intelligent automation with WhatsApp

We implemented a WhatsApp notification system that keeps clients informed:

  • Alerts for new properties matching their criteria.

  • Visit confirmations.

  • Automated post-visit follow-up.

Opportunity system with automatic matching

The heart of the CRM: when a client registers their preferences (location, budget, features), the system automatically crosses them with the inventory. When there's a match, an instant notification is triggered to the client and an alert to the sales agent. Opportunities that were previously lost are now captured instantly.

Integrated web development
